Job Summary
Lead the team through efficient problem-solving processes from initial thought to solution convergence, ensuring recommendations are correct, practical, and cohesive. Drive operational transformation by addressing external spend, optimizing supply chain networks with digital solutions, and applying advanced analytics to maximize client performance. Forge strong relationships with clients and colleagues while maintaining thought leadership at the strategic level. This role requires at least five years of relevant experience, ideally from a top-tier strategy consulting firm, with fluency in English and German. Based in Germany, the position supports Oliver Wyman's expansion in the performance transformation sector within a hybrid work environment.
Required Qualifications
- At least 5 years of relevant experience
- Ideally with a top-tier strategy consulting firm (or similar organization) with a focus on operations
- Strong analytical and synthesis skills and ability to conduct and leverage sophisticated analyses to identify trends, draw conclusions and present recommendations
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in both formal and informal settings
- Fluency in English and German language
- An undergraduate or advanced degree from a top academic program
- Willingness to travel
