Steer and optimize the entire operational value chain from ordering through production to delivery, ensuring quality and efficiency in all workflows. Lead supplier and partner selection, negotiation, and relationship management to guarantee quality, cost control, and timely deliveries. Plan and coordinate logistics processes for product and machine rollout, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth operations. Analyze procurement metrics and logistics data to identify improvement opportunities and derive actionable measures for supply chain enhancement.
