Operations EHS Focal France

Operations EHS focal in France will lead implementation and continuous improvement of EHS programs to ensure compliance with French regulations and Boeing Group standards. Acts as local EHS focal point, partnering with operational leadership and the EHS EMEA team to reduce risks, prevent injuries, and promote a strong safety culture across the site. Responsibilities include driving investigations for incidents, ensuring regulatory compliance, maintaining EHS documentation, conducting site audits, training new employees and contractors, communicating EHS metrics to leadership, and supporting coordination with the France Operations Manager. Requires higher education or apprenticeship in logistics/wholesale, 2+ years’ experience in safety/environmental programs, knowledge of French regulations, fluent French and English, and SAP ERP experience. Preferred qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in safety or environmental disciplines, knowledge in Hazard Communication, LOTO, Confined Space, Fall Protection, Incident Investigation, Ergonomics, Behavioral-Based Safety, Microsoft Office proficiency, and ability to work independently; COI requirements apply.
