Job Summary
Oversees development and implementation of quality standards, procedures, and controls within the IQVIA CSDS QMS; leads internal audits of procedures and supports external audits (SOC 1 Type 2, SOC 2 Type 2); drives root-cause analysis and corrective actions; coordinates with Process Owners and external auditors to ensure audit readiness and timely closure; leads continuous improvement initiatives across CSDS using Six Sigma, Lean, and Kaizen; supports and may lead responses to customer RFPs and IT security assessments; collaborates with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues and ensure regulatory compliance; remote position open to applicants residing in the United States.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- Minimum of five (5) years of relevant experience
- Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
- Experience with process and data analysis methodologies
- Ability to effectively engage stakeholders across all levels, including Executive Management
- Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills
- Proven ability to lead projects and drive initiatives to completion
- Experience coordinating with internal and external auditors
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry best practices
- Experience with Six Sigma, Lean, and Kaizen methodologies
