Job Summary
Junior Operational Due Diligence Officer role to support the Luxembourg department focused on due diligence of fund administrators and depositaries. Responsibilities include initial/ongoing oversight reviews, questionnaire and documentation review, assessment report preparation, monitoring deadlines for due diligence questionnaires, updating internal control templates and dashboards, organizing on-site and remote sessions with service providers, preparing fund board reports, liaising with internal teams to improve the control framework, and supporting ad hoc projects. Requires academic degree in finance/accounting/economics or similar, strong English communication, analytical skills, attention to detail, ability to manage multiple projects, and proficiency in MS Excel; willingness to expand knowledge of financial services regulations in Luxembourg and other jurisdictions.
Required Qualifications
