Job Summary
Serve as a key liaison for drivers, providing daily check-ins, app training, and support via chat or calls while monitoring routes and handling merchant inquiries. Manage fleet availability and status using Upkeep or Google Sheets, assist in warehouse traffic management, and collaborate with Operations, Warehouse, HR, and Support teams to track driver assessments and performance. Observe and analyze daily processes to identify inefficiencies and propose improvements. This role requires a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, experience in a fast-paced environment, and familiarity with business software. Based in Thessaloniki, the team leads Greece's #1 Carrier in Customer Satisfaction, pushing boundaries with services like Skroutz Points and real-time tracking to redefine the delivery experience.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
- Experience in a fast-paced working environment
- Familiarity with business software applications (e.g. Google Suite)
