Operations Dispatcher

Coordinate and communicate all activities regarding aircraft arrival and departure at ABZ to ensure Safety, Punctuality, and Service priorities are met. Communicate efficiently via ground-to-air with customers and locally using the company radio operating system, while liaising professionally with other operational centres and local authorities. Prepare and publish loadplans and loadsheets to maximize payload and protect punctuality, ensuring decisions from the Duty Station Manager are communicated and actioned across all departments. Monitor supplier service delivery to ASIG and maintain compliance with Airport Authority and DTLR rules. Act in accordance with Accident and Emergency procedures and Dangerous Goods spillage protocols as required. Perform any other administrative or operational duties assigned by the ABZ Ramp Supervisor or Duty Manager.
