Job Summary
Directs operations for the Youth Residential Program, coordinating with Program Supervisors and overseeing daily staff activities to ensure programs meet client outcomes, staff productivity, and financial targets. Establishes a trauma-informed culture and emotionally intelligent leadership, drives best practices, and leads long-term planning across programs. Exercises resource alignment, coaching and development of leaders, and relationship-building internally and externally to cultivate new business opportunities and ensure program success. Oversees performance management, continuous improvement, and balance of tasks and resources to achieve organizational strategy.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in human services, mental health, education, or related area.
- 5 years of direct experience in residential, mental health, and/or human services involving direct service and administrative functions/roles.
- Valid Driver’s License and meet credentialing/licensing standards as pertains to the program
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; excellent written and oral communication skills
