Job Summary
Drive sustainable revenue growth and operational profitability by developing commercially focused operational strategies and ensuring rigorous financial control across the portfolio. Inspire and develop senior operational leaders to build a culture of ownership, while championing guest experience and service excellence to differentiate the business from competitors. Act as a strategic advisor to clients and stakeholders, driving retention through exceptional delivery and commercial value. Lead large, multi-site hospitality operations with significant P&L responsibility, successfully managing change initiatives and identifying opportunities to improve margins and deliver sustainable success.
