Job Summary
Operations Director at Spire London East Hospital responsible for leading all non-clinical services through Team Leaders, delivering the Annual Operating Plan, and ensuring safe, efficient care. Oversees day-to-day operational performance to meet financial targets and KPIs, manages risk and regulatory compliance, and fosters a culture of open reporting and learning. Requires a track record of delivering in managerial roles within healthcare or similarly regulated, customer-oriented environments; strong leadership, problem-solving, and ability to manage competing priorities in a multi-functional setting. Location: Ilford, Essex, United Kingdom (onsite).
