Operations Director - Scotland

Lead and develop a team of Regional Operations Managers, Contract Managers, and technical specialists to provide strategic and operational leadership across RFM's education, healthcare, Government, and emergency services portfolio. Manage operational leadership of hard and soft FM services across multiple PFI and Non PFI contracts, ensuring contractual compliance, KPIs, and SLAs are consistently met. Own the operational P&L for the Scotland portfolio, driving performance, supporting long-term contract strategy, and delivering high-quality outcomes for clients while acting as a senior operational escalation point. Provide executive oversight of the technical assurance programme and lead contract retention, renewal, and extension strategies. Act as a member of the Scotland Senior Leadership Team, contributing to business planning and strategic decision-making to protect the Company's standing within the industry.
