Job Summary
Director-level leadership for a nationwide critical power division, overseeing service, installation, and sales of generators, UPS, DC power, solar, and related infrastructure; responsible for building scalable operations, standardizing processes, driving safety and compliance, and aligning revenue generation with operational execution across markets; manages cross-functional teams and partnerships, owns P&L, budgeting, and performance metrics; requires heavy travel (approximately 50%).
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in critical power, electrical infrastructure, or related industries
- 5+ years of leadership experience managing multi-market or nationwide operations
- Strong working knowledge of generator and backup power systems, UPS and battery systems, AC/DC power systems, electrical distribution systems
- Experience leading service, installation, and sales teams
- Proven P&L ownership with strong financial and analytical skills
- Deep understanding of safety and regulatory requirements (OSHA, NFPA)
- Proven ability to build, lead, and scale teams across multiple regions
