Operations Director, Northeast

Operations Director, Northeast leads RightMove's unified network and operations in the Northeast. In the first six months, the role focuses on building out the provider network—recruiting, contracting, and establishing relationships and infrastructure to define market presence. From month six onward, the role runs day-to-day market operations, including provider performance, network management, and patient growth. Responsibilities include developing a go-to-market network strategy for the Northeast, leading provider recruitment and onboarding end to end, co-developing contracting strategies aligned with risk-based and value-based care, building trusted relationships with physician leaders, standing up operational workflows and tooling, defining clinical and quality standards, designing and scaling an operating model for multi-market growth, maintaining long-term provider partnerships, and traveling 50-75% within the Northeast market.
