Job Summary
Directs daily plant operations to achieve targets in quality, cost, delivery and safety. Manages salaried teams, develops budgets and operating plans, and works within operating policy. Leads cross-functional collaboration, influences policy, drives continuous improvement, and applies advanced manufacturing/engineering techniques to solve complex production challenges. Communicates outcomes to leaders and partners, negotiates with internal stakeholders, and guides programs/projects with project-management capabilities.
Required Qualifications
- Significant experience in Manufacturing & Operations Management
- Knowledge level comparable to a Master’s degree from an accredited university or college
