Job Summary
Lead Tactical Tech's operational functions across finance, administration, HR, legal and compliance, and support governance, fundraising and business development. Responsibilities include overseeing audits and grant-related reporting, financial planning, budget management, payroll and invoicing, four-eye control of financial transactions, HR recruitment and development, office services, and coordination with external contractors. The role supports Co-Executive Directors and contributes to strategic operational development; flexible hybrid working arrangements with a Berlin office expectation (three days per week in-office) and a 40-hour work week, with a fixed-term option up to three years and location-tailored contract options.
Required Qualifications
- Proven track record in a senior operations role
- experience managing complex, multi-partner budgets
- HR lifecycle management
- knowledge of GDPR and data protection
- experience with governance, non-profit administration or civil society organizations
- German language skills preferred
