Job Summary
Operations Director leading assigned territory/market for Crash Champions. Responsible for achieving/exceeding company targets and standards for performance and growth; managing multiple shop locations to rank in the top 10% of the industry in KPIs, customer service, quality, and profitability. Lead, recruit, and develop employees; enforce the Crash Champions Total Sales Attitude (TSA); conduct in-process and final quality checks; cultivate relationships with insurance accounts, agents, and customers; maintain shop organization; foster future leaders; drive strategic improvements and operational excellence in a fast-paced environment.
Required Qualifications
- Knowledge of the collision industry, including knowledge of procedures and requirements for a variety of insurance carriers
- 10+ years of operations experience
- 5+ years of people management experience
- Experience using CCC One
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Metrics-driven with track record of achieving KPIs (CSR, EBITDA, margin, profitability)
- Ability to recruit, manage, and develop employees for growth
- Ability to maintain high levels of customer service and quality standards
- Ability to build and nurture relationships with insurance accounts, agents, and customers
- Strategic thinking and ability to drive operational excellence
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment
