Job Summary
Directs operations for Crash Champions in North Charleston, SC, overseeing top-performing locations by KPIs, driving profitability and growth, recruiting and developing leaders, ensuring exceptional customer service and quality, maintaining shop organization, and nurturing relationships with insurance accounts and customers. Builds strategic initiatives to improve operational excellence, manages resources and teams across the territory, and applies CCC One expertise to streamline processes and performance in a fast-paced collision-repair environment.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of operations experience
- 5+ years of people management experience
- Experience using CCC One
- Knowledge of the collision industry
- Strong problem-solving skills
