Job Summary
Lead operations across the Charleston market with responsibility for achieving top-tier performance targets, delivering exceptional customer service, recruiting and developing staff, and managing relationships with insurance accounts and customers. Drive strategic thinking and operational excellence, ensure high-quality checks, and model Crash Champions’ Total Sales Attitude (TSA) to maintain top-10% performance in KPIs, profitability, and quality. Requires 10+ years in operations, 5+ years of people management, and experience using CCC One.
Required Qualifications
- Knowledge of the collision industry, including knowledge of procedures and requirements for a variety of insurance carriers
- 10+ years of operations experience
- 5+ years of people management experience
- Experience using CCC One
- Strong problem-solving skills
