Operations Director

Operations Director at Centria Autism oversees and coordinates center operations, staffing, training, compliance, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver high-quality care and growth. Key duties include scheduling for Behavior Technicians, coordinating client assessments, staff management and disciplinary actions, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations (OSHA, privacy), monitoring center metrics, facilitating communication between onboarding, clinical teams, IT, and facility management, leading training and retention initiatives, managing budgets and P&L, and driving client and technician retention. The role requires strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills, experience in credentialing and HR practices, and onsite presence with occasional travel. Education and experience: Bachelor's degree or equivalent; 2-5 years in operations management or sales with prior management experience; Master’s degree preferred. Onsite location in Mesa, AZ. Salary $65,000-$75,000 plus bonus.
