Job Summary
Develop and manage schedules for Behavior Technicians, coordinate client assessments, and oversee staffing activities including permanent allocation and substitutions. Partner with Clinical Leadership to drive growth, support clinical outcomes, and ensure service delivery aligns with organizational standards. Lead team training, compliance needs, and disciplinary actions up to termination while developing retention strategies. Monitor center metrics, address operational IT issues, and manage facility operations including tours, safety protocols, and supply purchasing. Take ownership of the P&L statement, oversee payroll and billing, and resolve authorization coordination issues.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 2-5 years of experience in operations management or sales
- prior management of a team required
- Ability to follow written instructions
- Ability to use computers and computer/software programs
- Ability to communicate expressively and receptively
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- In-depth knowledge of credentialing processes, HR practices, and compliance requirements
- Proven experience in managing budgets and financial performance
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in using technology platforms and systems for operational management
- Knowledge of accreditation standards and privacy regulations
- Availability for occasional travel as required
- This role is required to be onsite
- Additional time or occasional shift in schedule may be required to complete the above work or meet company objectives
- physical requirements such as bending, reaching, lifting, pushing, or pulling up to 30 pounds
- This role will require sitting most of the day as well as walking and standing periodically
- This role may require close visual acuity on computer screens or monitors and the ability to analyze data and figures on a screen
Desired Qualifications
- Master's degree preferred
- Prior P&L experience preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel)
- Proficiency in G Suite (Gmail, Drive, Docs, Sheets, Google Meet)
