Job Summary
Lead operations for assigned cardiology practices with complete accountability for a $30–$50M P&L. Develop and execute strategic operating plans, address top growth priorities, and lead successful operational conversions on acquisitions. Manage financial and revenue growth, labor management, and contract management while analyzing key performance indicators including provider productivity and patient volumes. Enforce strict compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, and federal healthcare laws, oversee facility accreditation for diagnostic testing, and direct risk management programs. Mentor practice leadership, optimize staffing models, and implement value-based care initiatives to reduce costs while maintaining quality. Collaborate with physician partners to drive best practices goals and monitor monthly financial variances against budget targets.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum 5 years as a supervisor/leader in operations
- 2+ years in multistate environments
- Solid relatable experience working alongside physician partners in an integrated network model
- Strong leadership acumen
- Team development skills
- Prior P&L management experience
