Job Summary
Lead several Cardiology Practices with complete accountability for approximately $30-$50MM P&L, developing and executing strategic operating plans to achieve budget goals and drive growth. Address top priorities including operational conversions on acquisitions and successful revenue cycle management to reduce claim denials. Monitor key performance indicators, analyze provider productivity, and implement value-based care initiatives to reduce costs while maintaining quality. Enforce strict compliance with federal healthcare laws, oversee facility accreditation, and manage risk programs to improve patient satisfaction. Mentor local practice leadership, optimize staffing models, and foster a collaborative culture that respects physician autonomy. This role requires 25%-50% travel, including overnight assignments, and is a key member of the CVAUSA operations management team.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum 5 years as a supervisor/leader in operations
- 2+ years in multistate environments
- Solid relatable experience working alongside physician partners in an integrated network model
- Strong leadership acumen
- Team development skills
- Prior P&L management experience
