Job Summary
Lead operations for multiple cardiology practices with full P&L accountability for $30-$50MM, developing strategic growth plans and monitoring performance against budget goals. Manage financial and revenue growth, labor, and contract operations while implementing value-based care initiatives to reduce costs and improve patient outcomes. Address top growth priorities, lead operational conversions on acquisitions, and analyze key performance indicators including provider productivity and patient volumes. Enforce compliance with federal healthcare laws, support clinical trial protocols, and oversee facility accreditation for diagnostic testing. Mentor practice leadership, optimize staffing models, and foster a collaborative culture that preserves clinical autonomy. This role requires 25%-50% travel and is a key member of the CVAUSA operations management team.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum 5 years as a supervisor/leader in operations
- 2+ years in multistate environments
- Solid relatable experience working alongside physician partners in an integrated network model
- Strong leadership acumen
- Team development skills
