Job Summary
Oversee the daily operations of the production department to ensure operations targets and goals are achieved; recruit, train, and motivate personnel in the production department; implement policies and procedures to improve day-to-day operations of the production department, and to maximize installation and warehouse efficiency; monitor KPIs, analyze data, and make data-driven decisions to enhance operational performance; ensure installation and production processes are completed within specified budgetary guidelines and quality initiatives; oversee ordering, installation and service teams; provide regular feedback to the production department and conduct constructive performance evaluations.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of production leadership experience within the home improvement industry
