Operations Director

Lead new product introductions from concept to full-scale production while overseeing global plant operations and standardizing processes. Manage critical operational issues, crisis response, and expansion initiatives including new site development and capital projects. Oversee global budgets and P&L performance, drive cost reduction, and optimize resource utilization through demand forecasting. Define and monitor KPIs for quality, delivery, and productivity, ensuring compliance with ISO standards and global regulations. Forecast demand, implement mitigation strategies, and report results to leadership. Requires 15+ years in manufacturing management with multi-site global experience, a degree in engineering, and willingness to travel globally (50%+). Mandarin is an asset.
