Job Summary
Lead new product introductions from concept to full-scale production and oversee global plant operations while standardizing processes and ensuring EHS best practices. Develop and execute 3-year operational and capacity plans, manage critical issues, and forecast demand to optimize global resource utilization. Oversee global budgets and P&L performance, drive cost reduction, and define KPIs for quality, delivery, and productivity. Partner cross-functionally to meet customer needs, ensure ISO compliance, and maintain supplier quality systems. Requires 15+ years in manufacturing management with global multi-site experience, a degree in engineering, and willingness to travel 50%+. Report results to leadership and implement risk mitigation strategies within a fast-moving, decentralized culture.
Required Qualifications
- 15+ years in manufacturing management
- Degree in Engineering or related field
- Experience building and scaling manufacturing operations
- Knowledge of ISO 9001/14001, Lean, Six Sigma, 5S
- Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills
- Willingness to travel globally (50%+)
- Must have multi-site global and electrical manufacturing experience
