Job Summary
Lead manufacturing operations for Amphenol's High Speed IO Connectors unit, overseeing global plant operations, standardizing processes, and driving cost efficiency. Responsible for new product introductions from concept to production, capacity planning, budget/P&L oversight, and KPI monitoring to ensure on-time delivery. Develop and execute multi-year operational plans, lead site development and capital projects, manage risk and compliance with ISO standards, and coordinate cross-functional collaboration with a focus on quality, EHS, supplier quality, and audit readiness. Requires strong leadership, data-driven decision making, and travel globally (50%+); Mandarin is an asset.
Required Qualifications
- 15+ years in manufacturing management (electronics or mechanical preferred)
- Degree in Engineering or related field
- Experience building and scaling manufacturing operations
- Knowledge of ISO 9001/14001, Lean, Six Sigma, 5S
- Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills
- Willingness to travel globally (50%+)
