Job Summary
Lead and oversee overall operational performance of Engineering, Security, Housekeeping, Floor Management, Tenant Fit-Out, and Back-Office functions to ensure safe, stable, and uninterrupted mall operations. Develop and implement premium service standards, SOPs, and VIP operating protocols to enhance the customer experience and maintain exceptional presentation across all customer-facing areas. Drive operational transformation initiatives, manage CAPEX projects, and optimize budgets while ensuring full compliance with safety, environmental, and government regulations. Build and lead a high-performing organization, coach teams on hospitality service standards, and govern outsourced partners through effective performance frameworks.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Engineering, Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field
- At least 8 years of leadership experience in luxury shopping malls, international five-star hotels or resorts, premium mixed-use developments, luxury retail operations, or high-end property management
