Job Summary
Facilitate the development and delivery of training modules for the Operations Development Program by conducting discovery research on current processes, best practices, and process pitfalls. Develop, customize, and support the implementation of instructional content while partnering with Subject Matter Experts to ensure consistent delivery. Maintain the learning schedule and event logistics, including agenda scheduling and coordinating virtual classes using delivery tools. Track and report on project milestones, monitor training activities, and manage content within the Learning Management System. Identify training or process improvement opportunities and provide recommendations to organizational leaders.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Business, Engineering, or similar
- Five (5) years in construction project management or related field
- A seasoned construction project manager professional with a full understanding of this specialized area
