Job Summary
Lead strategic initiatives to enhance operational efficiency across manufacturing sites by managing daily operations, enhancing productivity, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations. Collaborate cross-functionally with teams in engineering, logistics, and quality to streamline processes. Drive implementation of process improvements while promoting a culture of continuous improvement and safety. Requires a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and 5+ years of manufacturing experience, with strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Required Qualifications
- A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Supply Chain or a related field
- 5 + years of manufacturing experience
- Proven track record of execution
- Strong leadership skills
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Good oral and written communication skills
Desired Qualifications
- Background in manufacturing, preferably within Automotive industry
- Change management experience
- Strong analytical/statistical problem-solving skills
Additional Requirements
- Must be willing and able to relocate to any of the 10 plant locations
