Operations & Deployment Manager

Lead the operational execution of Hive's first UK proof-of-concepts, validation projects, and customer deployments by coordinating site readiness, commissioning, and go-live activities with engineering and delivery teams. Take ownership of day-to-day operational execution once live, managing shift planning, first-line support, and performance across customer sites to ensure safety and efficiency. Ensure sites are operationally prepared before deployment through operator training, HSE compliance, and documentation coordination. Build strong relationships with customer teams to resolve issues quickly and improve the customer experience as deployments mature. Help establish Hive's operational footprint in the UK by developing scalable processes, supporting operator recruitment and training, and improving ways of work. Collaborate closely with engineering teams in Norway and the UK to capture feedback and refine deployment methodologies. Work extensively across customer sites nationwide while helping define how autonomous industrial operations are deployed in Europe's fastest-growing Physical AI company.
