Operations & Delivery Project Manager (LATAM)
RemoteUnited States
Job Summary
Recruit, vet, and onboard contributors and field agents across LATAM markets while sourcing and managing studios, agencies, and local field firms to extend delivery capacity. Run in-market recruitment drives, onboarding sessions, and meetups to build a robust network, then hire, brief, schedule, and supervise agents with on-site oversight of collection days. Own live data-collection projects end to end, managing volume, quality, timelines, and budgets to ensure submissions pass review the first time. Enforce spec adherence, feed rejection patterns back into training, and act as the real-time support line for contributors to ensure accurate and fast payments. Build scalable playbooks including sourcing channels, partner pipelines, and QC checklists. This field role requires regular travel across the region and fluency in Spanish and English, with Portuguese strongly preferred.

- Operational discipline: real-time trackers, numbers-first updates, and the instinct to raise problems with a fix attached
