Job Summary
Lead the operational delivery of Seccl's SIPP and ISA tax-wrapper products. Build the operational structure, processes and controls to scale pensions/tax wrappers, ensure regulatory compliance, design scalable operating models, and deliver excellent customer outcomes. Direct and develop the pensions/tax wrappers team, manage SLAs/SLOs, workforce planning, onboarding for new clients, incident escalation and root-cause analysis, and partner with Product/Engineering to automate workflows, strengthen controls, and reduce risk.
Required Qualifications
- Significant operational leadership experience within pensions, platforms, wealth management or fintechs
- Strong SIPP operational expertise with pension administration processes
- Experience leading and developing operational teams through growth and change
- Experience designing scalable operational processes and operating models
- Understanding of regulatory environment shaping pension and investment operations (Consumers Duty, CASS, pension/ISA obligations)
- Data-driven mindset with experience using MI/operational metrics
- Ability to collaborate with Product/Engineering/Risk to strengthen controls and enable scale
- Confident communication and stakeholder influence across teams and external partners
- Comfortable in fast-paced, change-oriented environment
