Operations delivery lead (Europe)

Lead the operations workstream for Seccl's European launch across custody, assets and trading operations. Design and implement operational processes including reconciliations, asset transfers, corporate actions, payments and trading; shape the target operating model for the European business; act as the point of coordination for complex operational issues and drive end-to-end resolution. Support onboarding of external partners by defining operational requirements and assessing service levels; collaborate with product and engineering to translate operational requirements into scalable platform capabilities; work with compliance and regulatory leads to ensure processes meet local market expectations; identify operational risks early and implement pragmatic controls in a fast-moving regulated environment. You’ll succeed if you have strong European custody and trading operations experience, understand the end-to-end lifecycle of trades and assets, have experience across European markets, can translate regulatory and operational requirements into clear processes, are hands-on in designing and executing workflows, balance speed with risk and scalability, and build strong cross-functional relationships with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
