Job Summary
Role overview: support Delivery Managers to implement a portfolio of change projects within Home Claims, helping translate ideas into credible plans that benefit customers and colleagues, and coordinating across IT systems, processes and customer communications. Build a stakeholder network, apply a whole-systems thinking approach to ensure changes span the customer journey, and document controls to reduce error while enabling measurable benefits. Coordinate robust plans with clear outcomes and timelines to embed changes alongside a busy Claims operation, including support for budgeting. Essential skills include delivering multiple projects in regulated environments (insurance/financial services) and experience across operational areas such as IT and processes, with genuine drive to improve outcomes for customers and colleagues.
Required Qualifications
- Good knowledge of working with change in a regulated environment such as insurance or financial services
