Job Summary
Coordinate wind operations to ensure pilots and clients receive a seamless experience, managing site access, planning needs, and on-the-fly project issues. Lead recruiting and training for new pilots through the online program while maintaining daily project reports and updates via spreadsheets and project management tools. Support the Quality Control team to uphold high standards and maintain a pulse on the wind industry, including airspace regulations and equipment requirements. Juggle multiple projects by staying in close contact with field teams and adhering to all SOPs. Required Qualifications
- Fluency in English
- Project management skills
- Attention to detail
- Comfortable using tools such as Google Suite (Sheets and Docs), Slack, Coda and Asana
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Excellent communication and writing skills in English
- Possess an understanding of drone capabilities and airspace regulations while adhering to Zeitview SOPs
- Maintain a pulse on the wind industry
- 100% remote role in Europe
Desired Qualifications
- Other languages (a plus)
- Familiarity with the wind industry, including specific equipment and access requirements
