Operations Coordinator

Organize and support VarcoMac's Data Center service operations as an Operations Coordinator in Chantilly, VA. Responsible for managing MOP/MCM workflows (pre work verification, site walkdowns, tool and PPE checks, LOTO preparation, readiness sign-off), tracking MCM status and system conditions, coordinating pre-task meetings with vendors and project teams, drafting and maintaining detailed MOPs/MCMs, maintaining low rework through document control and QA, tracking vendor certifications and safety documentation, utilizing workflow platforms (Procore, Coupa, Avetta) for procurement tracking and change management, logging rework incidents and coordinating corrective actions with general contractors and field teams, ensuring clear communication across Data Center operations, construction, project management, inspectors, and vendors, leading third-party safety verifications and hazard mitigation, and producing weekly/monthly reporting on MOP/MCM volumes, safety statistics, and vendor performance. The role emphasizes safety, documentation accuracy, cross-functional coordination, and continuous process improvement. There is no visa sponsorship for this position.
