Job Summary
Operations Coordinator at the University of Chicago’s To&Through Project supports event logistics (in-person and virtual), website maintenance, vendor management, expense tracking, and scheduling; collaborates across teams to plan and execute gatherings, coordinate travel and stipends, develop technical guides for presenters, manage external communications, and assist in institutional program coordination. The role requires a college degree (Bachelor’s preferred) and up to two years of related experience; hybrid work with time on-site at the Hyde Park campus, with some local travel within Chicago. Strong organizational, communication, and project-management skills, plus proficiency with Google Suite/Microsoft Office, and experience coordinating across teams and external partners are expected. This is a grant-funded, exempt, salaried position with a 40-hour weekly schedule.
Required Qualifications
