Operations Coordinator

Job Summary
Oversee day-to-day site operations, plan, schedule, and coordinate production and order fulfilment, deliver efficient work practices to ensure production capacity and deadlines, allocate labour/equipment/materials to meet workload and delivery targets, and ensure staff are trained, competent, and hold current certifications. Lead the workshop team, optimise resources to minimise downtime and support cost-effective manufacturing processes, with emphasis on safety, quality, and ERP/MS Office proficiency.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in a leadership or similar supervisory role within a workshop, warehouse, or production environment
- Cert IV in Leadership & Management or equivalent (desirable)
- Excellent organisational skills
- Intermediate MS Office skills, including proficiency in Word and Excel
- Experience with ERP systems
