Job Summary
Hourly Operations Coordinator in a Bronx, NY school under the BOM, providing essential support across office operations, attendance tracking, technology and inventory management, facilities checks, and arrival/dismissal activities. Responsibilities include greeting visitors, delivering supplies to classrooms, restocking and organizing supplies, assisting with digital filing, supporting daily attendance processes, maintaining inventory levels, troubleshooting basic Chromebook issues, conducting routine facilities checks, and aiding during arrival and dismissal while following school security protocols. Requires 0-2 years of administrative experience and a high school diploma or equivalent; emphasizes adaptability, organization, attention to detail, effective communication, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Compensation is hourly with a listed range of $20 per hour.
Required Qualifications
