Job Summary
Oversee day-to-day operations and regulatory compliance for the facility by ensuring adherence to Joint Commission, state licensing, and federal laws. Partner with the Director of Operations, Compliance Officer, and Executive Clinical Director to conduct weekly EHR audits, review progress and group notes, and enforce corrective actions for identified deficiencies. Manage policy updates, participate in the Safety and Infection Control Committee, and collaborate with the Events team on logistical planning. Track staff onboarding training, respond to client and staff communications, and maintain accurate client information while upholding professional ethics and confidentiality standards.
Required Qualifications
- At least 18 years of age
- High School Diploma or GED
- Specific, required, current, and active licensure, registration, and/or certification
- Valid driver's license in good standing and auto insurance
- Successfully complete comprehensive background check (including criminal record clearance), MVR screen, and drug screen
- Successfully complete required health screening, including a current and valid TB clearance
- Ability to implement and enforce program guidelines, rules, regulations, policies, and procedures
- Knowledge of record keeping, documenting, and filing
- Strong tracking, organizational skills, and attention to detail
- Experience working with multiple teams and maintaining accountability for performance and regulatory compliance
- Ability to organize complex information
- Strong assertiveness skills
- Ability to work independently and able to meet daily, weekly, and monthly scheduling deadlines
- Ability to work on a multi-disciplinary team of clinicians, psychiatrists, support staff, and managers
- Sound understanding of mental illness, co-occurring disorders, and milieu therapy
- Proficient computer skills and ability to use various software programs
- First Aid/CPR certified
- Flexibility to work evenings, nights, and weekends, and adapt schedule as needed
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor Degree in Psychology, Social Work, or other Health Related Field
- Two years of experience in related field
- Experience and participation in inspections, audits, and/or surveys from The Joint Commission, Community Care Licensing, and the Department of Health Care Services
- Project management experience
