Job Summary
Operations Coordinator provides comprehensive administrative and program support for the School of Business & Professional Studies. Responsibilities include project coordination (capturing meeting notes, maintaining trackers, monitoring deadlines, following up on tasks), support for school initiatives (document prep, workflow coordination, budget/expense tracking, onboarding, session scheduling), serving as a point of contact for students/faculty/staff/external partners, supporting student-facing activities (communications, events, awards), accreditation, assessment and grants (tracking cycles, self-study evidence, data collection, reporting, documentation repositories), data provisioning for accreditation/reporting, and administrative support for grant-related activities. Additional duties include maintaining course schedules, enrollment reports, logistical support for online and hybrid offerings, content uploads and learner communications, and internal/external communications support (newsletters, emails, social media, websites). Required skills include proficiency with Microsoft Excel, data analysis, pivot tables, dashboards, strong written/verbal communication, organizational and problem-solving abilities, ability to manage multiple projects with confidentiality, and the ability to work independently within a collaborative team. The role accepts remote work within approved US states and offers a salary range of $26.00–$30.00 per hour, with comprehensive benefits.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or combination of equivalent education and experience
- Three (3) to five (5) years of operational support and/or project coordination experience, preferably in higher education, online post-secondary education or academic affairs
- Experience with scheduling, data reporting, enterprise systems, databases, CRM tools, or project management platforms
- Professional certification such as CAP or PMP (preferred)
