Job Summary
Coordinate the setup, organization, and delivery of facility programs, including leagues, tournaments, events, and other activities at the SCHEELS Sports Park at Legacy Pointe. Work with program leaders and internal departments to plan and execute schedules, manage risk programs, supervise part-time staff and guest services teams, ensure safe and dependable facility operations, address guest concerns, participate in planning meetings, and serve as Manager-On-Duty during events. Strong emphasis on collaboration, problem-solving, communication, and customer service; expected to support day-to-day operations and program quality while aligning with safety and service standards.
Required Qualifications
- Must have excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- Must be a team player
- Must have verbal and written communications skills
- Must have excellent computer skills, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
- Must be able to work flexible schedules including weekends, nights and holidays
