Supervise and direct the office's front-line clinical and clerical staff while overseeing daily operations within budget guidelines. Manage provider schedules, allocate resources to maximize patient access and staff productivity, and conduct timely cash management duties including co-pay collections and bank deposits. Direct hiring, training, performance appraisals, and progressive discipline; develop tools to enhance efficiency and resolve complex situations involving patients or staff. Ensure service excellence, maintain data accuracy through compliance monitoring, and lead regular staff meetings. This role offers a consistent weekday schedule from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM with no nights, weekends, holidays, or on-call responsibilities.
