Job Summary
Coordinate delivery and cleaning operations for Rinse New Jersey; ensure customer orders are ready for delivery by performing quality and inventory checks; troubleshoot delivery issues and support Valets throughout shifts; collaborate with Customer Care to deliver exceptional service; identify operational challenges and work with Corporate Operations to implement efficiency improvements as we grow in New Jersey; may drive occasional delivery routes to gain on-the-ground experience; DMV check required before start.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required
- some college education preferred
- 1-2 years of experience in logistics, freight transport, or 3PL is a plus
- driver's license with clean driving record (MVRO check)
- ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- willingness to work evenings (4:30PM - 1:00AM)
