Job Summary
Operations Coordinator and Receptionist at TaylorMade Golf UK, combining front-of-house duties with logistics coordination across the UK and Europe. Responsibilities include coordinating and booking palletised shipments, managing customer and carrier information in logistics systems, investigating delivery queries and supporting issue resolution, supporting daily admin and workflows, monitoring stock and reordering consumables, and providing general support to the Operations team. Reception duties include acting as first point of contact for visitors and callers, managing a busy switchboard, welcoming visitors while enforcing security protocols, and maintaining an organised office environment. Collaboration across Sales, Service, and Operations and coordination with external partners to keep daily operations running smoothly.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in an administrative, operations, or logistics support role
- Previous experience in a customer-facing or reception position
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise effectively
- Confident communication skills and a customer-focused approach
- Attention to detail and a proactive mindset
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office and general IT systems
- Experience coordinating shipments or working with logistics systems (desirable)
