Job Summary
Operations Coordinator responsible for providing high-level administrative and operational support to the COO, managing schedule and communications, coordinating travel and events (including Track 2 Dialogues, Convenings, and Workshops), collecting monthly status reports, and supporting strategic learning initiatives. Requires strong organizational skills, discretion, and the ability to anticipate needs; collaboration with Executive Assistant and Chief of Staff; 25% time supporting senior leadership. Bachelor’s degree and 1-3 years nonprofit or philanthropic experience preferred; bilingual Chinese a plus. Hybrid role based in Broomfield, CO with up to 3 days remote per week.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- 1-3 years experience in a nonprofit, campaign, or philanthropic environment
- Outstanding attention to detail
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Strong and concise writing skills
- Ability to both work independently and in collaboration
- Proficiency in Chinese is considered a plus
