Operations Coordinator

Job Summary
Audit work orders to ensure accurate production reporting and investigate discrepancies with Operations. Monitor Accounts Payable and Receivables, prepare daily and weekly financial reports, and analyze data to identify trends and maximize margins. Provide administrative support to Operations and Shipping, manage office services, and approve timecards and payroll questions. Assist the Plant Manager with EH&S activities, identify non-value-added processes, and order supplies while maintaining the Kanban system. Ensure employee safety and adherence to company policies. Requires an Associate's degree, three to five years of manufacturing experience, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Required Qualifications
- Associate's degree preferred
- Three to five years' experience in a manufacturing environment
- Must have organizational skills with an ability to prioritize and multi-task
- Ability to maintain confidentiality, exceptional attention to detail and good follow-up skills
- Must possess good problem-solving skills
- Ability to interact in a professional manner with customers
- Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
