Job Summary
Operationally focused role coordinating facility management tasks, contracts, and compliance across multiple centers. Responsible for developing operational procedures, managing building utilities and maintenance, overseeing transportation and fleet activities, negotiating property leases, ensuring licensing and safety standards, and supporting program directors with budgeting and procurement. Requires strong IT/email/word processing skills, CPR/First Aid certification, background checks, and the ability to respond to emergencies. Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree or substantial relevant experience and be ready to ensure adherence to Head Start and state/federal regulations across centers.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred or minimum of three (3) years previous experience or related work experience
