Job Summary
Operations Coordinator at NoGigiddy to keep projects and workflows across departments organized in a fast-paced remote environment. Responsibilities include coordinating projects and workflows across content, marketing, partnerships, and support; maintaining project management tools; scheduling and facilitating team meetings; identifying process inefficiencies and implementing improvements; managing internal documentation (SOPs, templates, wikis); handling vendor/onboarding/offboarding logistics; and supporting leadership with reporting and operational tasks. No degree required; strong organizational and communication skills and experience with Notion/Asana/ClickUp or similar are essential. Fully remote with opportunities for growth into operations management or chief of staff track.
